- Employees will use the application security team's pre-approved AI agents, products, and solutions for the business. Businesses that do not give their employees the AI (artificial intelligence) powered work tools will lose to the companies that do.
- Metaverse and 6g hyper-connectivity will bring virtual workspaces to life. Team rooms, where members log in via their work VR headsets or project their hologram avatars into a meeting room.
- Great workplaces will respect employee’s choice of the manner they prefer to work. Right now we consider work commute as part of the work-life, but what we do not realize is that a couple of hours of commute is an unproductive time that is stolen from the life of the employees because there is no alternative available to the current hybrid work environment.
- Team sizes will get smaller at big corporations, businesses, and agencies. It will become difficult to get approvals for hiring more individuals especially if the business is not growing fast or is not operating in a high-margin industry.
- Contract work will be replaced by AI solutions or AI-enabled agents.
- The shareholders or big listed companies will request the board to collaborate or be supervised by the AGI (artificial general intelligence) for all business planning and decision-making.
- AI-powered autonomous robots and AIOT machines will be part of the workforce. The humans will be employed while the AI machines (bots) will be deployed.
- Regulations related to the policy framework will come into force and may have to be updated on a quarterly or six-monthly basis. Every country’s government cabinet will have an AI ministry that will be responsible for the AI-policy implementation.
- Marketing, operations, social media, and copywriting work will be completely disrupted. Marketing teams will be streamlined- sales and ROI-focused KPIs will emerge. Most of the operation-focused roles will move toward business development and sales.
- Employees who do not understand artificial intelligence and refuse to leverage AI agents will lose the talent race to those employees who learn the AI agents.
